Huawei OSN - Crack User & password LCT

Today I try to integrated new OSN 2500 to our network. A lot of problem founded in this activity.
First, about old username and password. The OSN 2500 is dismantled from Padang area, and we lost the password. How to solved it???
Please find out step to crack user at OSN:
Login using navigator.
:sm-get-user:"username"; //check availability username
:sm-edit-pass:"username","password"; //change user password

For login from LCT please active LCT access using:
sm-set-lctaces:enable; //enable LCT access
